The Forward Deployed Selling™ method is held by Caerus Capital Group, LLC. The skill and the writing stay free — anyone can install, read, and cite them. The Powered by Forward Deployed Selling mark licenses separately to vendors and firms that embed the method into product or formal delivery.
Caerus Alpha, Inc. applies the method in client engagements as the operating consulting firm. Intelligent Sales Machines (ISM) productizes it — the agent platform runs the skill's protocols and ships the artifacts the method specifies. Both firms are independent. Neither owns the standard.

We do not license endorsement of specific products without certification. The mark stays off any firm that would modify the method and ship the change under the FDS name. And it never extends to uses that conflict with the brand: no SaaS-shaped marketing, no service-shaped CTAs, no positioning as a sales-acceleration product.
